Teddington's Retro Bistrot Launches its First App with Virtual Loyalty Card

The award-winning French restaurant Retro Bistrot in Teddington has launched its brand new app for mobiles which allows customers to keep up-to-date with special offers, check the menu and book whilst on the move.

The app also includes a virtual loyalty card. Customers simple present the app on their mobile to the staff when paying to have it virtually "stamped". With the current offer, once regular customers have bough 5 meals they get their sixth half price.
"We're loving our new technical toy!" exclaims Vincent Gerbeau, proprietor and maitre d' of the Retro. It's such a simple way for customers to see what we offer, where we are and to book with us. We particularly love the virtual loyalty card. We have a fantastic loyal customer base and it's a great opportunity to reward that loyalty."
The app is powered by Mippin using their Appsme product (appsme.com) and is run by Teddington local Nick Barnett.

The Retro Bistrot won the Good Food Guide London Restaurant of the Year in 2012, has two AA rosettes and a Michelin Two Forks. They also recently won Highly Commended Awards in the local Time & Leisure Food and Drinks Awards for both Best Service and Overall Restaurant of the Year 2013.
