    Improvements to the road layout at the junction of Waldegrave Road and Teddington High Street are due to start on 2 April for three weeks. The new layout is designed to reduce the number of collisions between cyclists and vehicles which have taken place at this junction. They will involve reducing the two lane approach to one lane.     Motorists in Richmond are being reminded that The Avenue at the junction of Cassilis Road is closed for the next two weeks. Thames Water have to make the closures due to an earlier sewage failure. A council spokesperson has said traffic in the surrounding areas is inevitable.
