The new Lock View development is now open for viewings and the launch event was held over the weekend.

This development has been of interest as it is right on Teddington’s stretch of the river so on Saturday I walked along to take a look at the development for myself, to see how it fits in.
The development is just past The Wharf restaurant on Twickenham Road on the way to Twickenham and on the R68 bus route.
The building is a 5-storey development which has 15 flats in total. The flats range in price from £350,000 - £1.2 million and in size from one, two and three bedrooms. The flats are stylish inside and have all the latest technologies and comforts inside, and including outside balconies that overlook the river too. There is a basement car park, cycle stores and a garden down to Riverside Walk.
The penthouse flat has a spectacular view of Teddington’s stretch of the river – the bridge, the lock, the weir and all the surrounding area.
The glossy brochure includes photographs of Teddington’s High Street shops including gift and card shop Mercado, Antiques Doors & Brass, The Clock House, Escape Fashion, Zeldaland and Marks & Spencer. Fitness First in Broad Street, Teddington Pools in Vicarage Road and The Lensbury Club in Broom Road also get a mention.
If you want to take a look the show apartment is open from 10am - 5pm and you can see more information on the Banner Homes website or through Snellers in Broad Street.
With two flats already reserved, have you been to take a look and what do you think?
