Two new local helplines been launched in Richmond and Kingston to help the borough's sick and vulnerable.

NHS 111 is a new local helpline service for residents in Kingston and Richmond so they can quickly access the right urgent healthcare service for their needs.

Stop Hate UK's national helpline provides support to those experiencing hate crimes relating to disability, race, religion, gender identity and sexual orientation, and also enables witnesses to report their concerns.

The Council hope that promoting these numbers people will enable people to find the right support and services more quickly and easily, while also alleviating the burden on local emergency services by reducing the number of non-emergency calls they receive.
