What a wonderful day today with the sun shining and many Teddington people out and about enjoying themselves and enjoying the town.

Property moving forward in Teddington
With Spring traditionally a popular time to put property on the market, it certainly seems to be happening over Teddington. We couldn’t believe the amount of for sale, to let, sold and let boards from Teddington’s estate agents around the town today so it looks to be a busy property weekend.
Featherstone Leigh tells us that “the housing market in Teddington is racing ahead.” And if you’re about to pick up the local property paper you’ll see that it’s got more pages than it has had over the past few months. Success stories include the new Lockview properties on the Twickenham Road which have been successfully sold by Snellers.
If you’re looking to move to Teddington, Jackson Stops and Staff have recently produced a video, where you’ll see Mark Thompson from Teddington talking about property. They have also produced useful mini guides on Teddington too and,as previously reported, sponsor Teddington AFC.
If you’re in the market for a historical Teddington property, you may have walked past Old Manor Cottage which is for sale in Park Road. Savills are marketing the house and have some interesting details on the history and background to the house going back to the 1700s. Or, if you're not thinking of moving at all you can always opt for some new fencing from Cambridge Fencing.
Unfortunately we have heard that the office that used to house The Informer newspaper building on the railway bridge won’t be occupied in the near future as the sale of the building has now fallen through.
