The shops have quickly been filled and this week we’re saying hello to new barbers Simply Cut, which has opened next to Teddington Tandoori and Sammy’s American Bar and Grill. Simply Cut is open during the week apart from Mondays and welcomes children too. With a bright orange shop front and smart interior, it’s a shop bound to be noticed!
On Friday, 25th February we’ll be welcoming Cook, which is opening next door to Girasole and Vet4Life. Cook will be selling their range of ‘remarkable frozen meals’ made from fresh ingredients that you can buy and cook at your convenience.
Dishes include mouth-watering meals such as Moroccan Harissa Chicken, Beef Stroganoff, Lamb Moussaka, Fisherman’s Pie and a range of low calorie dishes. There will also be a selection of Indian and Thai dishes, children’s meals, organic food for babies and a wide range of desserts such as Eton Mess and Chocolate and Raspberry Roulade.
If you’re looking for canapés for drinks parties or “a big cake” you may be tempted by the Beef Wellingtons with Mushroom and Horseradish Duxelle or the large Chocolate Fudge Celebration Cake which serves 20!
WH Smith has announced that it has purchased the British Bookshops and Stationers (BBS) chain out of administration which means that the Teddington shop will remain open. The Teddington staff are delighted to be keeping their jobs and will be working in the shop during the transition this month.
The shop may be closed for a few days to sort the stock out but will be remaining on Broad Street. Teddington is one of the first shops in the chain to be focused on. It is anticipated that the BBS branding will remain.
