After the residential All-in-One survey was sent out last year, Richmond Council have now sent out the survey for businesses.

On speaking to several local businesses, the surveys have not been received by all home based businesses and self-employed Teddington people.

One local business I spoke to said "I put my details on the residential survey but still didn't received a business survey!"

If you are a self-employed person or a home based business in Teddington and would like to send your views through to the council please see here to complete the survey online.

You will need to complete the survey before 28th February 2011.

Councillor Pamela Fleming said about the survey:

“It is important for us to know what businesses think. Local people and business leaders will have many common opinions, but there will also be areas which are a priority for businesses which may not be noticed by residents. We would like to hear from local businesses to help us gain a clearer understanding of their needs and how we can help to create a thriving business sector together.

“As the role of the State shrinks, the way the Council operates will change significantly.  The private sector will play an increasingly important role in creating the jobs and growth that are crucial to improving the quality of life for everyone in the borough. This is a good opportunity for businesses to make their views known to us and although we cannot promise every idea will be taken up, once we have analysed the results we will hold open meetings and develop local plans in partnership with businesses and residents.”
