Most of my clients came to me initially because of injury.

What most people don’t realise is that Remedial Massage is also excellent for

body maintenance, especially when you’re training for a race whether it’s your

first 10k or twentieth marathon!

Remedial Massage uses deep tissue techniques,

stripping muscles to relaxation and increasing circulation to rid the body of

toxins as a result of training. With regular massage, not only will your body

recovery faster after running but it may help injury prevention: the healthier
