An opportunity to study traditional Chinese skill of Northern Shaolin system called "CHUN YUEN QUAN". Ongoing weekly classes can help to develop fitness, flexibility and good coordination through various forms like Xing Shou, Great Sadness Gong and the Damo Staff.
Although in the past this long fist skill would have been used for martial purposes, today, we practise more for health and a high level of fitness as the Chun Yuen skill trains the internal and external body. There are many different forms in the system. Classes are held every Wednesday at 6:30pm at:-
