An opportunity to study traditional Chinese skill of Northern Shaolin system called "CHUN YUEN QUAN". Ongoing weekly classes can help to develop fitness, flexibility and good coordination through various forms like Xing Shou, Great Sadness Gong and the Damo Staff.
Although in the past this long fist skill would have been used for martial purposes, today, we practise more for health and a high level of fitness as the Chun Yuen skill trains the internal and external body. There are many different forms in the system. Some are particularly good for developing the posture and strength, some are good for developing the lungs which can help persons with asthma and depression, some forms develop coordination, like the Five Tiger Breaking the Gate Dao and Wudang Sword.
Classes are held every Wednesday at 6:30pm at:-
