I was looking through the property section and I discovered this property for sale

20 Springfield Road, Teddington, Middlesex TW11 9AP

at £425K

I think it is appalling that this can be sold like this, this was sold at auction not 6 weeks ago for 333K (see below) and the sitting tennants evicted. Then on the market for £425K a few weeks later.

It is a bad business!

Has anyone else seen such activities in Teddington. Where are peoples morality!

And surely people are not foolish enough to pay so much over the auction price, surely that is what the professionals think it is worth.
