I really enjoy ''Teddington People'' and l am discovering more and more about this beautiful area through the forums and articles ...

I gratefully welcome advise, tips, recommendations regarding moving in the area ... and of course finding a suitable place for my son and myself.
I have summarized what I am looking for in a short ad below...

Looking for either a small 2 bedroom place or 1 bedroom with living room separate from kitchen with possibly an outdoor area (and/or bike storage), possibility of parking and in Teddington or Fulwell ...
Ready to move in from 5th September with my 8 years old son, who will be part time with me and part time with his dad in Ham. He is going to start year4 at Stanley School in Sept....
Budget is £700-£900 per month ...
We are also open to short term lease as well as temporary house sitting (to take care of pets, plants etc... )
At the moment we are still in the process of selling our property in W3 and need to move to Teddington in sometime in September so my son can start school with as little disruption as possible ...

Hello matrix73! Thank you for your kind comments and welcome to Teddington! We have a few estate agents in Teddington's High Street and Broad Street too. The local property paper usually comes out on a Thursday - good luck with your house-hunting!

In a few weeks I will be settling in my new environment!
