    People who've incurred a fine for not returning goods to their local library in Richmond are being given a saving grace. The council have decided to wipe the slate clean if you return overdue items between the 11th and 18th March. They're also offering free loans of up to three items in the same period.   • Richmond Meals on Wheels: Horsemeat free

    DNA tests have revealed that Richmond's Meals on Wheels are horsemeat free. Apetito, the company which provide the frozen meals had it's beef range vetted. No trace of horsemeat has been found in any of the food that is used. Meals on Wheels provides meals to older people and those aged 18+ who are unable to prepare a cooked meals.
