The Down's Syndrome Association based at Langdon Park between Teddington and Hampton Wick is to benefit from a folk album released by a journalist living in Claygate.

Financial Times Journalist, Peter Whitehead along with ten other artist from across Claygate, Kingston and beyond, put Peter's long service award towards the cost of hiring a recording studio and a producer, and used a four week sabbatical to create a delicately crafted album.

Most of the proceeds of the album will go to the charity. A showcase is being held at the Old Cranleighans Club near Thames Ditton on Saturday November 10th.
