Popular pub, The Royal Oak, has applied to extend its opening hours one year after its licence was curtailed following an investigation into the death of Patrick Lawless last November.
The venue, on Teddington High Street, had its licence modified by Richmond Council after a mass fight which police linked to the death of the 20-year-old Patrick Lawless St Mary's student.
The pub has now asked for a permit to allow it to stay open until 1am on Friday and Saturday nights, an extra half hour than current opening hours allow. It has also asked if the pub can be opened an hour earlier on Sundays.
Conditions on the licence included an order to install CCTV and keep an incident log. The venue was also warned to close the outside area by 10pm and to clear the area after closing.
You can view the application and comment on it by January 14.
