Concerns about safety during the Olympics
Commander Bob Broadhurst, who is in charge of the London's policing strategy during the Olympics will be hosting the event at Harlequins.
Cllr Pamela Fleming, Richmond Council Cabinet Member for Community, Business and Culture, said:
"Richmond Council is working closely with the Police and Olympic organisers to ensure a safe and secure Games, which everyone can enjoy.
"Commander Bob Broadhurst is responsible for the policing across the Capital this summer. His aim is to ensure that everyone can share in and celebrate the events safely, causing minimal disruption to daily life in London."
Chief Superintendent Clive Chalk, Borough Commander for Richmond upon Thames added:
"The UK has an excellent track record of regularly hosting and policing major events safely and securely. But we know that many people are concerned.
"This event will be a good opportunity for members of the public and local businesses to come along and ask Commander Broadhurst any questions or concerns that they might have regarding community safety or policing during this time."
The event starts at 7pm at The Members Clubhouse, North Stand, Twickenham Stoop, Langhorn Drive, Twickenham.
