Free Saturday 5k runs in Bushy Park, Teddington
Even with the colder weather this weekend, the Bushy Park 5k run was still very popular with 899 runners running on Saturday! The previous Saturday, in warmer weather, there were 1,000 runners and Sally Willis become the 1,000th runner to pass the finishing line to be awarded with a token! If you're starting out on the 5k run, don't forget to register!
Pilates, Yoga and Zumba at the Constitutional Club, Teddington
Stanley Road's Constitutional Club is now offering Pilates classes at 0930-1015 on Saturday mornings, Yoga classes at 1130-1230 and the Zumba craze continues at 1030-1130! All classes are £7.00 and for more information call Heather on 020 8977 2543.
Tango at St Marys Hall, Teddington
In preparation for Valentine's Day next month you may be interested in taking up Tango – and now you can practice at St Marys Hall in Langham Road on Thursday evenings from 2000-2100. If you're good already and need some 'improving' then the second more advanced class is on from 2100-2200!
